6” brim, vents in the crown. This is the hat you need working outside in the sun. The adjustable sizing works well with a good locking mechanism. The chinstrap keeps it on your head during gusty wind condition. Quality materials and looks great, keeping me comfortable on hot days. I like the hat. It wels well for me and fits well enough.it provides some great shade for my face, neck, shoulders and a little of the upper back when I mow or walk/hike. I keep my hair short and haven’t gotten sunburned through the top of the hat like I do when I don’t wear a hat, so that is working for me.I did tighten the elastic cord in the hat; my ballcap size is a large. The brim is nice and stiff, but this means that it took a very long time (a week plus of sitting and a month of every-other-day use) to uncrease from the fold in its packaging. It isn’t too heavy, and I am glad the chinstrap is there as it wants to take off in a slight breeze. I got the gray outer with dark underside and it is perfect as it doesn’t hardly absorb sun-heat and the dark underside does not glare at all or reflect light from other surfaces.Recommended, but I would love to see the hat shipped semi-flat (the brim does have a nice angle so it doesn’t flop like a completely flat brim would).

Wide, sturdy, breathable, light weight, and comfortable, and secure. Yes, it does come folded which leaves a crease across the brim but after a few days outside of it’s packaging the crease nearly disappears completely. Not a big deal and it beats having the sun beaming down on you. Would buy again.

Wonderful hat. Comfortable and almost big enough. Very tight, wish it was bigger. Great coverage and easy to wear., just not for long. Needs to be bigger or more adjustable on the headband.
