I’m glad I kept this level because I was going to return it as soon as I got it because it was a little longer than I thought and I wanted to use it between two shelves and it wouldn’t fit so I just figured I’d wait and I bought a smaller one, but I decided to keep this laser for future. It’s extremely well-made is very precise, the one thing I really really like is it has a light button for the balance tubes so when they light up if it’s inside of a cabinet or somewhere a little bit dark, it’s very very easy to read the bubble that in itself makes this level worth it, but the laser works extremely well if you will not be disappointed

For what it is, it works great.My only trouble is that the laser line isn't super bright, so if you are working in an area that has a lot of windows during the day, you cannot see the line very far past the tool; though you may still see it on the opposite wall. The line is supposed to go 30ft (I believe), but if there is too much daylight that you can't block, it is difficult to see past the first 6 feet or so. This is the ONLY reason I put 4 stars instead of 5.Will work perfectly for small, more dimly lit areas. Reminder: it does not claim to be 'self-leveling', so do not expect that! It works really well for lining up objects (like picture frame, tiles, or in my case, store shelving rows.)I also love that you can illuminate the leveling bubbles. That works well in any lighting situation.

I put it on my barns metal roof to laser straight line slope off the roof to set up a lean too roof angle. worked great !

Easy to use and it is as described. Seems accurate
