This will need re-powdered!
We use this in a seasoning for our special seasonal popcorn, and it is fantastic. It powders up really well, has a great "tang" to the apple sweetness, and a little goes a long way. A word of warning though, it will arrive like a rock and you will need a grinder or blender or something to get it back to powder. It's not even that hard, you could probably do it with a rolling pin if you had to. Apart from that, it's wonderful and we are thrilled with the product!

It's Okay
I got this apple powder as an experiment to put on my BBQ Brisket. It didn't work well for me. I was looking for an alternative to an apple juice injection as well as to see if it enhanced the BBQ flavor. It didn't. I'm sure this product has other uses that it was intended for and will work fine for, but for the experiment that I was using it for, failed, so I gave it 3 stars (average).
