Ok, I’ve had this sound machine for over 8 months now and can say with 100% certainty that it is the best on the market. In addition to 2 kiddos of my own, I’ve been a professional nanny for over a decade. I’ve tried the Hatch, Kipcush (sp?), Yogasleep, Homedics, and a bunch of random others. This has, hands down, the most full sounding, least crackly, well rounded sound quality of them all.I experienced tons of functionality issues with the Hatch, including the cord to plug it in not seating correctly in the machine, and problems adjusting the sound type and lighting. This machine is EASY, works perfectly, everything you need to adjust it is accessible on the actual device, and the app is SUPER simple to use and works seamlessly. The added bonus of being able to use it on the go with it running off the battery is amazing! We’ve taken it on road trips and used it in the car, it goes to grandmas and she can use it with ease!Both the baby and toddler sleep perfectly with this going. Over all, I can’t say enough good about this machine. If you’re debating between this and the Hatch especially, go with this!P.S. Our favorite sound setting is the airplane with volume at 75 😍

Love love love love love!!!!!! Works so well and is half the cost+ of a Hatch. Am legit thinking of getting one for myself quite frankly. The app feature is very useful and babygirl has been sleeping so much better with it. We use the brown noise and because it’s not WiFi dependent it doesn’t shut off when we lose connectivity (which happens frequently with our oh so lovely provider) so it doesn’t interrupt baby’s sleep. Also has a fantastic selection of sounds to choose from so I don’t have to try to find one that works for hours on end on the smart speaker.

I love this it works amazing ! The timer on turns off by itself which is awesome and worry free about having the light on all night . It is portable to if you charge it and it is not too big or bulky . The brightness can change depending on your preference and color. And the is an app !

purchased September 2023 and this has been running 24/7 ever since. Im shocked that everything is running like new. money well spent and I highly recommend this to people with babies, toddlers or even adult that have a hard time sleeping. its currently running right now as I type this messagethank you

It does have interesting sounds that surprised me but that’s what my granddaughter said it would be. Sounds like rain, storms, crickets etc. Some lullaby sounds but not many that I recognized. But if it works to put the baby to sleep great.

My favorite sound machine. Yea it has a battery internall, I can’t say how long it lasts but at least a couple of hours. I always have it plugged in regardless. Setting up the WiFi is pretty tricky, it took me a while to figure out how to connect since you need to be on a 2.4GHZ connection or something like that. I’m pretty tech savvy but this gave me trouble. I only got it connected on accident. You don’t need to set up the WiFi to use it. There are buttons on there. However WiFi garage was very important to me. Various noises to choose from. Color changes as well. Size is modest. Volume doesn’t get as loud and obnoxious like others but it gets loud. Speaker is on the top.

Final update: despite the issues with my item, I reached out to customer service and received excellent support. They immediately offered replacement and when there were issues with my mailing address, they offered a refund.Update: I wrote a glowing review and it seemed almost immediately after that I started having problems, so I need to correct what I’ve written here unfortunately. Overall the item is still working. There are some glitches between the app and the product, for example I will turn off the light on the app and it won’t turn off, or it will occasionally blink or randomly turn on. These are pretty minor issues and only happen rarely. My biggest complaint however is that suddenly the programs (alarms) are just not working. They worked initially so I know I’m setting them correctly, but at some point it just decided it wasn’t going to work anymore. I’ve contacted customer support about the issue and will update again if it’s resolved. Changing my review to 3 stars.Original review:I love this product and I have no idea why anyone would pay twice as much for the hatch (admittedly I’ve never used the hatch, but just from my experience with this product and reading reviews of the hatch).Please note that if you’re considering buying this and reading the few less than 5 star reviews, the issues those people were having were one off. I have no trouble using the app or Bluetooth while plugged in, and seeing as I use it at home that’s primarily what I’m doing unless I need the outlet. One issue is that the charge could last longer (about a day or so on one charge), but compared with the hatch that doesn’t have a battery, how could I complain? and as for the person who said the hatch was better… they said didn’t download the app. So I’m guessing they don’t know all the functionality available outside of the manual controls on the item. And I’m guessing the same goes for the other person who said the lights were too bright or the volume was too loud, or whatever it was. It’s all adjustable in the app!I love the program/alarm feature to set ahead for gently waking up on a schedule to feed my newborn, being able to make presets to make quick adjustments (the womb sounds are great for my newborn), and the sleep timer if I want to turn it off after we fall asleep. My only complaint is that if it’s unplugged, as far as I can tell there’s nowhere that updates you on the battery life. But again, the fact it’s portable at all is a bonus compared with the hatch so who cares, I just make a point of plugging it in regularly (I haven’t actually had to take it with me anywhere but I will eventually). So yes—if you’re debating this versus the hatch for twice the money, I can’t see any reason to buy the hatch over it.

Works well for what you need ! The app is easy to use and so is the device itself. I love that you can have pre set modes and it will automatically start and stop based on times you have selected.I haven't truly tested how long it can go without being plugged in but we have left unplugged for naps and it worked the whole time (about 1.5 hours without light on).There is nothing I would change about this device!
