Just needs tape/glue
It definitely needs a better adhesive option. I used some double-sided masking tape. It fits/flips fine on my ONN webcam and beats the stickynote option.

Works as intended, and has not fallen off after 1/3 of a year!
I have used this for about 4 months for a camera that would otherwise have issues with a full camera cover. Installation was easy, and I have opened/closed the lid quite a few times, and it has not fallen off. It is larger than the camera lens, but that didn't cause any problems. If you have a camera that doesn't have it's own "lens cover", I would recommend this one.

Perfect privacy lens
Amazing product! Just the way they describe it and easy to install on webcam.

Fell off in an hour...
I have a Logitech clip on camera that sits atop one of my monitors. I work remotely for a large international company and I'm in meetings multiple times per day. The IT staff monitors and they get on my computer to do troubleshooting and while that makes me cringe, it is the company's computer. The camera is mine. I pay for my own internet service. And my private life is mine. I don't like the idea of someone being able to remotely see inside my home when I am unaware so I got thus for obvious reasons. I cleaned the area with alcohol, peeled off the backing from the privacy button, stuck it on...and it was laying on my desk in an hour. Fell right off. Total waste. The only good part of this whole thing was that the punched out circle part of the adhesive that you are supposed to discard has now become my new, temporary privacy button. As long as I don't press to firmly, it stays put without becoming glued. I was using mini post it notes or a few of those self stick flags/tabs but they would eventually fall off. This throw away circle sticker gave me the idea to look for some reusable garage sale circle stickers to have on hand. They'll be way less awkward than post it notes and tab stickers...and you can get 350 for under 2 bucks on Amazon. I basically wasted 7 bucks on this solution.

Fits the Razer Kiyo X as I hoped it would
Fits perfectly on my Razer Kiyo X, which doesn't come with a privacy shutter, they sell them for a crazy markup, but I took a chance that this would fit and it does, perfectly for a fraction of the price of their suggestion. It has an adhesive on it to make it stick but it looks to not be really strong which I'm glad about because then it won't damage my webcam if it comes off or I need to remove it for some reason. The cover is a simple flip that is like a cap on a bottle but it isn't on that clicks in or out so it shouldn't disturb camera positioning.

Need better adhesive
These covers fell off my webcam on the first day. They're a good size, and well constructed, but the adhesive doesn't seem to be strong enough to hold them in place for long. 5 stars for the covers, but 1 star for the adhesive.

Works
I put this on my computer camera. It works well, was the right size, and was easy to install. It has been used a few times a week for about a month now and it is still holding strong. The lid closes and opens fine. The lid has a slight snap effect to keep it shut, but not so strong as to mess up the position of your camera when you open it.

Covers work like covers.
Clean the glass with 91% propyl alcohol, once mounted, press cover to camera face (like with a rubber band or twist tie).
