Good for your eyes
This is a great supplement to take if you look at a screen all day. Found them easy to swallow and quality to be great!

Really happy with these, they made a difference
I've been taking these for 3 months now and i see a big difference in my eyes. I have glaucoma and I sit in front of a computer screen at work all day (no choice). My eye's used to ache and I have severe dry eyes. I started using lubricating drops and it got somewhat better but once I started taking these after a month, I started to feel/see a difference. After 3 months my eyes don't ache any longer and feel normal. I will continue to take these. Also, the price is great, and I love that I only have to take 1 a day.
