So easy to use
I must admit I was sceptical about using this after a lifetime of making my coffee in a copper pot on the stove. I just tried it after cleaning prior to first use. What a surprise! It's as good as the coffee I make and not meaning to boast but I make damn good coffee. Fast, easy, perfect amount of froth on the top. Just remember to let your cup of coffee stand a minute in the cup so the sediment settles if you are making Turkish coffee. I hope the product lasts as it's perfect.

So far this machine has really exceeded my expectations. It’s easy to use, easy to clean and it makes the perfect cup of Turkish Coffee

The coffee machine is overheating the Turkish coffee — it brings it to a boil, which is not correct for this brewing method. Proper Turkish coffee should gently foam and produce bubbles (“köpük”), but this machine does not create any foam at all.

Good kit but make sure zero water touches the bottom of tray
When it’s work, it does the job. But despite me paying attention to not wet the bottom of the tray when cleaning it, some water must have been trough and blew the fuse. Had to remove and open to bottom section , dry it with hair dryer and put back.

Simply brilliant
It’s been a long journey to find out that I can at last have and make my my own really too notch Turkish coffee, that is actually decaffeinated. I was getting bored of nespresso coffees even though they are pretty good IMO. I found really good quality decaf arabica beans from Spiller and Tait but my electric grinder would not grind it fine enough for my new Turkish CopperBull cevze (also excellent). So then I got an amazing grinder (Sage smart grinder pro) which is phenomenal and so easy to use - grinds it super fine, This electric Turkish coffee maker is truly the icing on the cake - easy as put in 2 scoops of coffee, add the amount of water for 2 small cups, press a button and bingo - fab tasting Turkish coffee with that very subtle genuine dark creamy foam top. Just like in Turkey. Bingo. I spent ages trying to work out which machine but this just does the one thing and does it brilliantly
