Nice sturdy plastic cutters, with nice sturdy press moulds.This particular Item is selling two sets of 1 cutter with 4presses; so I got for my money 2 x Cutters, and 2 of each of four variations of press. So, I've ended up with a spare set.I had success with these following a sakura flavoured shortbread recipe I found elsewhere on line.The cutter cut true, with minimal (trace) dough sticking to the sides, and the presses similarly came true, again leaving little to no dough getting caught in even the smallest details. Cleaning afterwards was achieved with hot soapy water and a soft sponge.I could easily see these being used with other soft doughs, sliced bread, or ready to roll icing.The resulting shortbreads kept their shape well too, but that part of the review is more relevant to the dough itself, so shall be saved for the recipe page.The size stated here is across the widest, outermost part of the rim, not the space inside the cutting edge. But with natural spread that comes from baking biscuit dough, and the difference being only millimetres, I personally feel this should be a non issue.Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase, and looking forward to making more batches of sakura shortbreads (or other treats) with them.

These are such pretty cutters. My biscuits have had lots of likes on social media. I wouldn't be surprised if you get lots more orders now lol.

Fab item, really robust.

I bought these to bake flower cookies with my daughters thinking it a novel approach but was keeping an open mind that they may not be great. I liked the idea of a cutter/stamp combined and you can choose to use the cutter alone so they wouldn’t be a waste.You can see from the picture that the imprint isn’t intense after baking especially but certainly there, and more intense if you give an extra push.They are so much fun. My girls are small and have weak wrists so they needed a little extra guidance to get a proper imprint on the dough but once they got the hang of it they were flying through!They come out beautifully on fondant icing for topping the unstamped cookies too. (Or indeed on cupcakes) would definitely buy again and in other designs if they offered.
