Replacing an old school keyboard
TL;DR: Gaming? Don't know, don't care. Wanna replace an old school keyboard? Buy this, but get the o-rings with it..I do a ton of typing and have historically killed cheap keyboards within 6-12 months. I got tired of wasting my money and filling landfills with destroyed keyboards, so I decided to make a keyboard to last. After considering what I like and hate in keyboards and what has lasted longest, I purchased a mechanical keyboard (Eagletec ET-KG010-N) with Cherry blue switches and these custom keycaps (YMDK ANSI/ISO in vintage grey/beige).Not only is this thing exactly what I like to type on, it also allowed me to identify where my fingers were using my peripheral vision as well as the pips on the home keys. Once I get warmed up I can break 80 WPM and beyond, and I have had no issues or appreciable wear since owning the set for the last 30 days. The trouble is that at the end of some long days, my fingers would ache. I finally met my match, and the impact of the key when it bottomed out was taking its toll on my old fingers. I needed to pad the bottom of the keystroke.Installing o-rings was dead easy. Pull the keycap out with a key puller (or butter knife and a lot of patience), place the o-ring over the keycap's center post (see picture), and press it back in place. Lather, rinse, repeat until you have done all keys. This would have been easier had I purchased the keycaps and o-rings together, but oh well.Adding the o-rings to the keys reduced the impact at the end of the key travel, shortened the key travel a tiny bit (0.2mm), and allowed me to speed up just a little more. It also quieted down the keyboard to the point where my wife can no longer hear me type on the other side of the house. She said that it sounded like hail on a tin roof. The result is that I have assembled the second most comfortable keyboard I have ever used, second only to a Northgate Omnikey Ultra I had 30 years ago. This was due to the slight difference between the ALPS keyswitches in the Northgate and the Cherry blues in my current keyboard. I am one happy camper!

One size does NOT fit all, but it gets close to the mark.
After replacing my keyboard with these, I'm shocked with the noticiable difference in typing feel having more mass behind each stroke. I bought these primarily for the look and thickness than the default keycaps that came with my keyboard. That said, there still exist some gripes which some may view as being nitpicky, but are part of the reason I bought these caps. For one, as others have mentioned, the fitting on the lower right function keys is off. This is even on a keyboard that fits the FC190M standard. It's not a terrible dealbreaker, but it is rather unfortunate that I have to stay with the default keycaps on just those keys specifically. For two, I'm not entirely sure about the printing method used for these keycaps but they appear much more blurry in person. It's a very obvious blur that can be seen even from several feet away that contrasts heavily with hte sharpness on the lettering of the previous keycaps. I used to think it was possibly a fluke of these specific caps, but reviewing YMDK's other offerings and the reviews included in them show that they seem to have this problem with other keycaps as well. Defective printing and manufacturing create keys which are slightly misaligned or blurry seem to happen across many of their product lines. Finally, some of the clearances do not match up with the tilt on my keyboard. There is a very obvious difference between the slant that some of the keys are at compared to the keys that came with the original set. It's mostly a cosmetic difference which cannot be felt during full-speed typing. Not to mention some of the keys came with blemishes of which I do not know the origin of. However, these blemishes are far too unnoticable to be much of a problem except on close inspection. All in all, I do regret slightly that I did not simply pay more for the expensive laser-engraved keycap set. However, it's hard to beat it at 26 dollars. The keycaps make my strokes sound and feel very quick and punchy, and are exactly as advertised in the thickness and weight department. Combined with a good set of switches; then these keycaps are the best that one can do below what I consider to be 'way too expensive' for thicker keycaps. However, if you're looking for finely milled and manufactured set free of blemishes or mistakes, then you're probably already the kind of person to consider more expensive keycaps, anyway. These are what I would consider a good meeting ground between the people who are picky enough to consider keycap sets for hundred dollar keyboards, and those who simply use whatever their board comes with. Be sure to use o-rings on these keys for a very smooth typing experience.

Very nice Keycaps, double check your board!
Got this for my Ten-keyless Glorious Modular Mechanical Keyboard, and they look great. Love the classic retro colors of it, and they feel nice, with ever so slightly raised lettering. As a warning though, this set is exactly as pictured, and setup for that particular style of keyboard, so on mine, I had to use a different right shift, alt, context menu(right click? what is this one called?) and ctrl keys to fit my board properly, as the spacing for these keys did not match my board. I was frustrated at the seller at first, until I realized my mistake, as the left side is perfect, and do I wish I could trade them in or something. Not knocking a star off, cause that is totally my fault, and it doesn't look bad, I'll just have to be more careful in the future, and / or purchase one of their 104 sets that match in color (but that I didn't get cause I didn't like the orange on their Carbon set) So learn from my mistakes, and don't be like me kids! Also, shipping from South Korea was reasonable, and they were packaged nicely with bubble wrap and in a sleeved plastic to keep the rows sorted. No flashing on any part that I noticed, they plug in securely, and feel very nice to type on. Thanks again for another quality product, my wife also loves her Sunset Gradient on her board.
