Fast delivery and install
Delivery was quick within 1 day. Installation was quite simple and installed in 10 minutes,only installed a day ago but works flawlessly so far, tailgate came down nice and smooth and quiet as well. I think I went overboard ABIT and installed one on each side so it could last longer. Only designed to fit the left side but works on the right as well. So far so good.

I don't get it why is the black version price significantly Higher than the silver one. Anyway, I bought the silver one for much cheaper and spray-painted it black. Works great easy to install just make sure not to over-tighten it.

Came today one and a half days since I ordered it I could not believe it can't wait to install. It will let everybody know after installation looks good. Can't wait to install it.Jan 21/26 came back to update so far in this extreme cold it is working amazing. I love how slow it goes down very easy to close highly recommend it. Just hope it holds up should have good warranty. I'm hoping the seller gets back to me and tells me what warranty it does have but so far I give it a 10+.

Arrived on time and well packaged. Just like other reviewers, this fit my 2011 Chevrolet Avalanche perfectly. The “Blind Nut Tool” is used to insert the blind nut into the tailgate and then only used to tighten the nut. It is then removed and discarded. When you finally snap the piston on, the manual states to snap the top in first then lift tailgate and snap the bottom in. I would recommend doing it in reverse as you have more room to do the top. Also the installation manual is very small and the pictures are difficult to see. Wasn’t till I finished the install that I realized there was a link to an online manual that you can blowup and pictures are in color.
