!1 year UPDATE! (STILL) Really great
1 YEAR UPDATE:I got this duvet a little over a year ago. I've washed and tumble dried it several times since. It has held up amazingly and truly feels softer with time. There is way less lint catching in the dryer now. The only bad thing is that the buttons are quite fragile and one of them split in the dryer last time. I think it's because it came undone from the loop: CLOSE THE BUTTONS BEFORE WASHING/DRYING TO AVOID BREAKING THEM. Anyway, it's an easy fix with a new similar style button. The duvet itself is fantastic and I am now considering the sheet set from this brand.Had the duvet a couple of weeks. Out of the box, it was very soft. I put it through the wash a couple of times, including fabric softener, and it came out feeling a little rougher. At first, this made me worried. But after sleeping with it about a week, it became soft again and now I'm really loving it. It's true what they say about the lint, there is a lot! Not all of it comes out in the dryer so I had to remove much of it manually, especially from the corners. I find that it does breathe a lot better than my cotton duvet cover. I have a queen comforter and bought queen duvet cover: Yes, there is some leftover space at the edges. But I wouldn't say that my comforter is swimming inside the cover. I just made sure to wrap the corner ties securely around the blanket corners. This is my first time with linen. I really like the calming flax colour.Great purchase for great price. I'd buy the sheets at some point as well.

Great quality linen duvet cover w/ deep beautiful color (Midnight Blue)
This is a beautifully tailored 100% linen duvet cover. The linen is not heavy weight or "raspy" but has that beautiful softer feel of well-loved, good quality linen - crisp and cool to the touch. It is not a heavy drape, but most certainly cannot be considered light weight. The weave is tight and there does not seem to be any major fabric slubs or defects. The color "Midnight Blue" is an absolutely beautiful, deep azure blue. I rinsed it before use today and it did not bleed much - just the lightest slightly blue tinge to the wash water and no color released in the rinse water. After drying on air-dry, low temp, it emerged in terrific shape. I most certainly recommend this seller, the product and and will update my review in a few months to report on durability and longevity.Update: still beautiful and softer with related washing. Buy.

and it feels great! Definitely wash it at least once before you ...
I researched several competing pure linen duvet covers on etsy and amazon, and decided to purchase this one due to affordability (although there were no reviews when I placed my order, which is always scary)! This ships from Philadelphia, so for me, it came quickly to the south - I washed it on cold with normal detergent then dried on low, per the instructions, and it feels great! Definitely wash it at least once before you put it on your bed. I plan to wash it every 10-14 days to continue softening the linen.Ultimately, so far, I am really pleased! Just used it for the first time last night while sleeping and I loved it. I am thinking about ordering pillow cases next before investing in a full sheet set (and this seller is out of queen sheets, so I have to wait anyway). If you are on the fence about linen bedding, I recommend starting with this duvet, as it is affordable (compared to many other sellers) and seems to be natural and good quality linen.

Quality that lasts!
I purchased LenLenum sheets 7 years ago and they have held up very well. I upgraded my mattress size and decided to buy new linen sheets. I received samples from RH and even bought a duvet on Amazon from another brand to compare. Simply put, they didn’t compare to my old LenLenum sheet set. The weight of the others was too light, felt cheap and the surface too polished. So, I’m enjoying this duvet in white, but I’m hesitating on the matching sheets due to the color options. LenLenum, please offer light grey, soon!

Beautiful Linen Duvet Cover, But ...
This is my second time purchasing from this company. The linen is spectacular and of even higher quality than the first (blue) duvet cover. However, I am supremely disappointed that my new purchase is missing corner ties. What a pain in the rear! Because of this design change, I have difficulty recommending this duvet cover for purchase and consequently, I am only giving this product two stars despite the exquisite linen. This is such a disappointment!

I thought cotton was my favorite bedding material but now I can say that linen ...
I'm really enjoying my bed with new linen sheets and duvet cover. This is my first time using linen after many years of 100% cotton. I thought cotton was my favorite bedding material but now I can say that linen wins out. This duvet cover is of heavy weight linen and well put together. Also, I ordered the full size to go on my queen bed because some of the other reviewers said that the queen size was too large. Well let's just put and end to that ambiguity right here. The queen size duvet cover is 90 x 92 inches and the full is 84 x 88 inches.

Love it! But issues with buttons.
Update: I've now had this cover for 9 months, and have now lost 3 buttons. I was able to sew 1 back on, since it was just the thread that broke, but the other 2 buttons broke and half and weren't salvageable. For this reason I've knocked my review down a star. The linen itself is still good quality and is holding up well, but I'm going to have to replace the buttons at some point if they keep breaking.Love this duvet cover so far. I also have the matching sheets from the same company. I have a queen size bed, so I got the queen size cover, but I actually think the Full size cover would have worked better with my Full/Queen size duvet. There seems to be a good deal of extra fabric, so the smaller size probably would have worked better. I'm not sure if the Full/Queen size duvet is an American thing, and other countries have different sizes, but it would have been nice to save a bit of money and get the smaller size.
