100% recommend if you are looking into building your own fireplace stand to put the insert in. This one has been such a blessing. Works very great. It’s not loud. Great size. Heats the house in minutes. Looks great. Was very nervous before buying because it is up in price but I’m so glad i took the chance. You won’t be disappointed.

I love my fireplace. It truly heats up three rooms in my house. I haven’t learned to operate the remote yet, It controls the heat.

The heater looks great and works good. The first delivery had two logs damaged. The second delivery only had one damaged. Still to many. Trying to get replacements. Not going well. I will update if replaced.Update::The sent replacement logs and looks good. I would recommend this heater.

Love my new fireplace I was a little disappointed to find out it did not come with blower.. We had one from our fireplace we replaced so it worked out

I have had no stop issues with this unit. New construction and was delayed in installing. Took the log out to clean them and they are so fragile that you can't touch them with them breaking or peeling. Really? Nearly 1K for substandard product. We also ordered a unit with a remote and that was not included. This is our third unit and of course this one is a real problem.

Doors don’t line up with each other and screws to adjust them were stripped when I got it. The allignment is off by 1/2 an inch, looks pretty bad. Other than that good heat output and easy to install

I purchased the Duluth fireplace. It was easy to install. Hook up was easy. I used the propane hookup. What i like is how easy it is to use and the remote features is nice. Their is no high or low setting. Unit is either on or off. That being said it has very real looking flames and does warm up my family room and adjoining rooms quickly. The remote has a thermost built into it and will shutoff at the temp you set it to, and turns itsself back on when temp drops below your setting. The fireplace changed the whole look of our room and everyone that comes over says how nice it looks in the room. I do recomend this fireplace.

This is a gas fireplace insert . It looks good and that’s probably the best part . It’s extremely lightweight I lifted it I am 120 lbs . it seems of lesser quality than I was expecting. Does put out as much heat as our last one in same spot .
