We had a problem with the sensor, which was quickly and easily sorted out after a couple of e-mails, which were very quickly responded to.The gate is much faster than the one we replaced. Replacement parts seem to be very reasonably priced, if someone runs into the gate with a tractor and trailer, which is what happened to the last one.So far we're very impressed.

Bought a TOPENS 8131 for my single 3.6m Yeoman Gate due to the heavy weight and it is fantastic. 3 adjustments (speed, slow closing at either end and automated closing time).I did have to buy an IP rated box for both power supply and control box to go in and look like a proper system but really please overall. Worth adding a wireless keypad and lock though which adds an extra £100. Still all in for £500 including armoured cable so great value for money. You do have to know what you’re doing in term of installing but it’s easy enough. Great purchase!

Decided to get the heavy duty option as we live in an exposed area and are often subjected to very windy conditions, so wanted to make sure the gate held solidly on closure.Found the product to be very sturdy and is easy to install with clear instructions.Customer service support is superb with very quick response to any query.

Product used for front entrance to the farm and took me 3 hours to install from start to finish. All products are to a high standard and quality. I ran mine off standard ac mains. Instructions are easy to guide you through the process. I purchased the extra add on accessory of the gate lock and this was also easy to install although, I hit a snag and couldn’t figure out what I did wrong and I emailed support and they emailed me back next day during our Easter period with the fix (my fault) and the matter was resolved. I also assigned multiple keys to my gate easily .They have a 24/7 support package included and overall what a value for money product.Recommended supplier

This is a fabulous product, it was really easy to install, looks great and is quiet and smooth when operated.Customer service is excellent, I had a few questions about installing the product, these were dealt with quickly by Zack in customer service.I couldn’t be happier with this product and would recommend it to anyone wishing to install an electric gate motor.

We’ve bought this kit plus 2 extra key fobs , wireless keypad&lock . This was easy to fit and opens a large metal farm gate with ease.everything is in the box to get you going and your gate opening. Great value and a solid product!

Hi, I purchased this product as it was in the price range I’d decided to spend on automating my gate. I was sceptical as it was a lot cheaper than similar products available. On arrival I was very impressed with the quality of the product and looked at the instructions for fitting. Everything was simple and clearly explained. As a novice it took me approx 6 hrs including the locking mechanism I purchased separately. I contacted customer services regarding a small issue wiring the lock and they were excellent. Very happy with the purchase up to now.

The opener stopped working with the remotes. Customer Service gave me instructions on how to reset them, this didn't work. When I replied saying it didn't work they sent me a new circuit board that arrived the next day. Excellent company to work with.
