Perfect for kids
Bought this for my 3.5 year old. It's perfect. She has taken about 900 pictures and we are still on the first set of batteries. Every 300 pictures or so I take out the mini SD card I bought and download them to the computer. She likes the games that came on it. She understands all of the functions offered. It's durable and although we try not to drop it, it has been dropped a time or two with no problems. The picture quality is only okay, but she is only 3. We didn't expect professional grade. It just gives her a chance to take pictures of whatever she wants.

Great for 2-5 age range!
We have had the camera for 3 months so far, 2 toddlers use it and love it! They drop it, play with it, treat it like any other toy and it has held up so well!Pictures are mediocre but that doesn't matter to me or them, they get such a kick out of each photo! They set up little photo shoots with their toys and click away. There are little frames that are easy to use for the pictures that they also love to look through, keeps them excited about taking pictures! There are a couple simple but fun puzzle games on the camera that our 3.5yr old adores also!Have not had to change the batteries yet either.100% recommend!

Great toy!
We bought this for my niece after my daughter got one for Christmas. Whenever she came over she would go straight for the camera and take about 200 pictures, so it was a no brainer what to get her for her birthday. My daughter is 2 and my niece is 4, so it’s a nice toy for different ages. It’s durable, been dropped many times, the batteries fall out sometimes, but it always turns back on. They love taking pictures with a “real” camera and playing the games on it. Make sure you learn how to delete all the pictures at once, it will save you some time ;)

Actually...a pretty fantastic camera for her!
Wow. So as a photographer/videographer myself my 4 y/o daughter has been begging me for a camera of her own. She knows the basics with my gear, but instead of buying a 4 y/o a DSLR, I opted for this. And man does she LOVE it. I mean absolutely adores it.It's simple enough to where she can get around the menu well enough. Ergonomicly easy to hold and work with for her. And it's so inviting for a kid. I love the capability to add a micro SD card (not included) because she racked up the memory quick. The fun background features are..well..fun! She was blown away that she could take video on it.The picture quality was actually better than expected, but not out of this world for a children's camera. But that was the idea with this. A great beginners camera for an appropriate age until she's able to move on. And this will do the job!

This is a classic - great child friendly camera.
This starter camera exceeded all my expectations. I gave it to my 4yr old granddaughter and she was thrilled by it. Very attractive colours, quirky design in robust soft feel plastic that is easy to hold and use. It is fun! The operation seemed to be quite intuitive to her and she was taking great creative images straight away. It really is point and shoot and, just like the Lomo cameras, produces distinctive idiosyncratic images. It seems to be child proof; it can be dropped without damage and the little lens is well protected from sticky fingers etc. The battery life is excellent, 600+ images and videos so far on the first set. (There is a little niggle with the battery covers, they popped off when dropped but were easy to refit.)It is a very basic no frills camera with small image and video files but, when uploaded to a computer via the microSD card, proved to be much better than expected. They were easy to incorporate into a photobook and to print.Suffice to say I have ordered another for myself so that I can have fun too.

Toddler Tough
Have had this camera for almost a year now and it's about the only thing my toddler has tossed, kicked, dropped and everything else you can imagine but actually still works while in one piece. I was nervous about purchasing something this pricey for a toddler at first and decided what the heck and went ahead and made the purchase. Glad I did. My daughter loves taking pictures and I didn't wanting her stealing my phone to do so anymore making this the perfect gift last year. The only complaint I have although the battery life is pretty darn good for being used almost 24/7 I wish it came with a set of rechargeable batteries. Other than that this camera is tough and would make an amazing gift for even the most destructive little ones. Even comes with a few really cute games they can play on it.

Perfect first camera!
My daughter loves this camera! We bought it for her birthday. She just turned 4 and she loves to take pictures so I thought it would be a perfect gift. She does get frustrated when it runs out of space but we just go in and delete all the pictures of just carpet or feet lol. Then she has room again. It doesn’t take the clearest pictures but it seems heavy duty so if it is dropped it seems unlikely it would break. It is perfect for her to have as a first camera. We will see if this turns into a life long passion for her. We have not tried to download pictures yet but if we have any problems with the camera I will update my review. I am very happy that we bought it!

Great kids camera at a great price.
I got this for my 3 year old for Christmas. It has many fun easy to use features. She uses it for taking pictures but there are also games. My 7 year old thought thr camera is fun as well and has interest in the games. Both of my kids live this. The picture quality is not top of the line but I wasn't expecting it to be. This camera is perfect for my daughter and she loves it. It is very durable. The price is also great.
