Good vegan protein cereal!
I didn’t love this cereal at first. But as a vegan who started lifting weights, I needed an easy way to get protein and I made it a routine to eat it every single morning. It’s now grown on me, I crave it… I eat it twice a day, every day, usually with a banana. Those plus my earth chimp protein latte make it so easy!

Love the protein
I eat cereal dry so I can’t speak to how it holds up in milk. I like the mildly sweet flavor and great crunch. What a great source of extra protein.

Good taste & retained crispness.
Taste is good. Flake texture is a little different than usual flake cereal - doesn’t absorb milk as quickly so didn’t get mushy.

Love it! I've always loved cereal but have to keep carbs low die to diabetes. I prefer high protein meals * drink the powder with shake. Now I found this!! I'm so excited ! I love it, with or without milk. I even got the chocolateIt's great to eat cereal& get protein that treated great

Not for me
I need all the protein I can get. It’s average. It doesn’t have much flavor and kind of has a cardboard texture, but it’s not horrible. Much better with some fresh fruit. I wanted to love this, but eating eggs and turkey bacon is much tastier and about the same protein. It’s also pretty expensive and you get like two bowls.
