I rarely review products, but I had to leave a review after this morning. I was cleaning the pool, and my phone fell out of my jacket pocket and sunk to the bottom of the deep end. I quickly scooped it out with the net and took the cover off, and made sure that everything was dry, and that my phone still works. Thank goodness, all is working normally. Furthermore, I have dropped my phone many times, and the case is still like new, and it keeps my phone looking new, and protected as well. Great case!

this is the best case I have ever bought for a phone, Ive the the s series since the n0ote 9 ca,e out i have the s23 ultra now ive had a few different brand even the highest end otter, i bought one i cant remember the name of that was around 80 some odd us dollars, did not last, i work with it on in the track loader under cars, have sat onb it dozens of ti,me its been so greasy ive had to clean it two and three times to get the grease off, and I mount on my handle bar of my motorcycle, and have been caught in pouring down rain and not able to p[ull off to remove it, I have forgot it on the handles at diner it got POURED on, dropped it in the pool once walking by even , its so water tight i was able to grab my net and get it before it hit the bottom, it did not get wet the rear screen protector is kind easy to scratch ive done that in front of one of the kenwse but this thing has been so di8rty 100 percent recomend this,l, now if i could just open it to fix my charge port i forgot to close the covere and i have a piece of small not but ive had this one since august nothing holds up tp my abuse

Works well enough as it supposed to. Fingerprint recognition doesn't work with phone case screen on. So left with entering the password or usin face recognition.

This was the most difficult case I've ever bought. I didn't pay attention to the complexity of it until I got it. It's waterproof but it's a little annoying opening the the parts for the pen and charger every time you need to use it. I drop my phone alot and so far no scratches or cracks on my screen or the case. My fingerprint no longer scans though (& I hurt my fingers trying to take the case off) & there's no way to fix that so I just have to deal with it now. Good case. Just difficult.

This is the second or third time I've bought this case. I replaced the last one because it had just got old and dirty from being on a job sites. But what sold me on this one is that a few weeks back I dropped my phone while on my motorcycle. I turned around to go get it and just as I did a car ran over my phone twice. I went and picked it up and to my surprise the phone was fine. This case did an amazing job! Dropped it off of my motorcycle about 45 mph and a car ran over it, and maybe more than one by the time I had got back to retrieve it. I'm sold on this case!

I've dropped this phone on the ground with the case on. It didn't break. I haven't dunked this phone under water. This I won't partake. It's black on the edges and clear on front and back. It's big and rugged. I haven't had any problem typing through the screen. It fits perfectly.

Devcice is in great condition, but I cannot sync any of my old phone data to the new device. Espically the account log in not working so I cannot add my Google or Samsung account to access all my photos, contacts, and even old apps. I try pressing the add email or scan qr code and nothing happens. I have reset the phone and tried again and still nothing. I have to rebuild this phone from scratch which is tedious. If you don't mind this is a great first time phone. It's missing a few of the normal tweaks that most new phones have. Your device is pretty stranded so I wouldn't not trust this to back up any of your items.

This is the best protective case I've ever owned. It's solid, and has the screen and camera protector built right into it. The pieces fit well together and there's no chance of it coming apart. The fingerprint reader can be a bit tricky, but if it doesn't sit on it right, just take the case off and put it back on and that should fix it. Touch screen functionality is slightly impaired near the edges of the case, but if you press down firmly you'll still get solid contact. My only real complaint about this case is that the cameras, both front and back, will fog up inside the case over time, requiring you to remove the case and clean the cameras every other day or so if you want a clear picture. In addition, there is a noticeable difference in image quality when taking a picture with the case on and off, even when cameras are clean. It's a minor inconvenience to have to remove the back panel of the case whenever I want to take pictures, but with a case like this, you're trading a little convenience for a lot of protection.
