I am not able to remove the tip the machine came with. It seems completely stuck. Any ideas?

This situation is mainly used for cold weather in winter. If the accessories are difficult to remove, use two pliers. One clamp grips the head of the handle and the other grips the tip and rotates counterclockwise.
