I like the coverage of WiFi and the speed of internet.

I bought this a week ago and installed it in my two-story villa. The installation was easy and simple.If your Internet Service Provider is Etisalat, you need to do these steps before you can install it.The first thing you need to do is contact Etisalat and tell them you want to install a new router. And tell them to please turn off the PnP; it's a completely free service.They will turn the PnP off and give you a new username and password. You will be asked to enter them later, when you configure the Xiaomi router.After you get the new username and password and the PnP is off, you can install the router easily through the app or the website, but I recommend using the website because, for some reason, the app didn’t work for me.After you connect the Ethernet cable to the router and login to the configuration page, the first thing you will be asked to do is select a country, but unfortunately, there’s no UAE in the options. Don’t worry; I recommend you select the United Kingdom, as I did. After that, continue the steps until you finish. It will be very easy, like adding the name of the network and password.Now that you've done configuring the router and your network works, if you want to connect it to the Mi Home app, you need to choose the United Kingdom in the login page, make a user, and login automatically. The router will pop up, and you can add it and configure it from your phone.But if you already have another Xiaomi devices like mine that is in the UAE region, you will not be able to control if you’re in the UK region. You need to switch to the UAE region, switch back to the UK, and keep switching like this whenever you want to control your devices. Switching between regions can be found in the settings.If you have Amazon Alexa, don’t move all your UAE region devices to the UK to have them all in one place. If you do that, Alexa won’t discover them anymore until you change Alexa's region to the UK, which is something we don’t want because we will lose a lot of things like the weather, the news, etc.The speed is a bit faster than the Etisalat router, but the big difference is the coverage. Yes, the coverage will be better, but don’t expect much, especially if you have a lot of walls. It will be the same as all routers: a wall is a wall; nothing can go through it.Overall, I recommend it because it supports WPA3 and WiFi 6, which the Etisalat router doesn't, and it allows me to have more control over my WiFi.Good product👍🏻

Excellent router.Excellent speed and firmware.Only problem is the range (my case brick walls), is it as all the other routers. Wifi is wifi.
