Hot tub leak stop.
So far it is working for more than a month. I've tried other products and they would only work 2 to 3 weeks and start to leak again. The leak stoped in 2 days in our hot tub and I didn't have to filter the product out like with other products we've tried in the past.

Waste of money.
Product failed to seal the leek in our hot tub. I have used Marlig's fix-a-leek many times and I am genuinely sorry to have wasted my money on this product. My 17 year old Sundance Montego has a slow small leek in the therapy seat. We have tried many time and paid allot of money to try and have it fixed, finally one company recommended Marlig's fix-a-leek, which stops the leek for about 6 months before I have to use it again. Replacing the spa isn't an option at this time because it's in a room that was built around it and we cant afford to have the wall taken down and put back up in addition to getting a new spa. Decided to try this to see if I could get more than 6 months out of it. This product did not work at all. There was no change in the amount of water lost, all it did was waste my time and my money. DO NOT BUY.

Appears to have worked - Level Has Stayed
September 2025 EDIT It has worked... I used to add water every other day and now only a bit every week. The dropping level may be evaporation... I am pleased, and so is my water bill (ha,ha,ha). Looks like it has worked well enough... Time will tell. At least the water level does not go down as fast, that's very positive.

Works pretty darn good
I have a spa and it is trickier to pour the fluid into the skimmer. Suggestions for spa users...let the water level go down to at or slightly above where the skimmer will suck air. Turn the pump on, pour the measured amount of sealer right at the upper intake skimmer - either from the bottle or from a measuring cup based on spa gallon capacity. Wait a minute and then turn the spa off, wait 1/2 hr. While waiting, fIll the spa to the desired water level and and turn the spa back on. Leave it running overnight. Worked for me.

This stuff is a savior if done correctly and patiently
I shut down and drained my Hot Tub approximately 3 years ago. Recently I decided to reopen it and it was a mess. When I drained it apparently I did not get all the water out of the low spots and dead ends. I had to fix a 12 port manifold and gaskets on both sides of the heater. I still had about 15 leaks that I could not get to without removing just about everything. But none were parts like manifolds or cracked elbows. I poured 6 oz of this stuff right into water. I removed the filter and kept running all jets for 4 hours continuously. I let it set overnight and then drained it for 72 hours figuring the sealant would cure better. Incredible, it is bone dry underneath and did not lose any water at all. I would imagine my spa company would have been here at least 2 days and the cost would guaranteed have been at least 1500.00 easy. The spa is at least 10 years old so I feel I’m good for quite awhile as the glue they use will apparently compromise over time. 10 stars!

Does not work
I have a slow leak in a skimmer line which is only about 10 ft away from equipment. This product does not work. Period . Waste of money.

It works
I was hesitant because of the negative feedback however I used this product expecting nothing but it really worked! I was losing 1” or more a day and now I’m not losing anything. Worked great!
