MAMA Instant Pad Thai Noodles, 2.5 Ounce each (Pack of 10)

I have loved this stuff since I was a teenager and swear by it over any other noodle package. Little bit spicy, but not overwhelming. You can leave the chili powder out for a mild dish. The soup mix and flavor pack and chili powder are separated so they can be customized. Great product, good price.

The package is small but you get a good amount of noodles. Be aware that the soup base isn’t your typical light beef pho flavor that’s popular in restaurants. This is a stronger flavor with a slightly spicy kick to it, which I enjoy. The noodles have good texture, typical to your standard pho. I’ve already tried these before from a store so I knew what I was getting.

This is really good! I had a can of pb2 at the back of my cupboard that was a present. I finished the jar! If you add like 3 scoops of pb2 to this, the broth is thick and you have enough protein for a full meal. It's spicy and has a good amount of oil. The noodles are the thin, clear type you can cook by covering them in water from the kettle.

taste is still good but portion sizes decreased for the pork flavor. I've been eating MAMA noodles since 2017. i ordered the shrimp tom yum before this one and the portion sizes was normal, but i noticed the pork flavor are smaller. I would estimate it's about 2/3 the size of the original size

finally, a quick Pad Thai I can do at home that is economical and delicious, I just add a little chicken, canned bean sprouts, and crushed peanuts, , sometimes a little scrambled egg, delicious! just like restaurant food for pennies on the dollar.

I've tried many brands of Ramen but Mama no matter the flavor is in its own league. The flavors are really nice but the noodles are hands down the best. The noodles never get that gummy texture like some. Mama is really hard to beat. The portion size is just right and only takes a few minutes from start to finish. I like to use a little less water than is called for. Every once in awhile I'll add shrimp, beef or chicken plus some veggies or dried mushrooms to make a real meal. A little bit of Thai chili sauce or chili crisp is nice to bring the heat up a bit too. I love these kind of noodles because there's a lot of flexibility in what you can do with them. Plus they're an inexpensive snack or base for a real meal.
