Solid heavy plastic. Foam is great. Only negative is that it uses the kind of hinges that eventually break. (They all do) They do feel pretty solid though. A little expensive, but not compared to the competition. Would buy again.

Nice storage box
Made of plastic with hinges. Opens, closes, and aligned well making this a well worked product. It's pretty small so transporting it if need would be easy. I'm glad I have a spot for all my lose batteries now...it's much safer with lithium cells. A good value for the money spent.
