What is the distance between the two screws?

The picture is deceiving with 4 screws but there is only 1 usable screw hole for each fin, the two small tips that you see recess halfway through the board to keep the fin aligned when you tighten up the screw. The two small tips measure one and a half inches apart, center to center.

What is the distance between mounting screws?

There was actually one mounting screw and two blank holes for fins with plastic tips to go in

Do these fins fit the hyperlite Shapiro?

Call hyperlite super friendly and very responsive . I bought these and did the fins i bought did not fit the antique board I found at a garage sale. They dug through their part bin and found a deep fin solution for knee boarding big surf waves. Super impressed, gave the fins to me no charge. And the board rips on big waves!!!
