This works grest The original one wouldn't grip and hold. Constant stop and retighten. Great buy!

Not perfect but pretty nice.
This went on drill pretty easily. You have to crank it down pretty good or it comes loose. That said I'd definitely buy again.

Jammed after 2 months of light use
This seemed a good value but it jammed up and won't close past halfway after 2 months. It was subjected to limited light use during that time. Very disappointing, would not buy again
