Excellent knife. I’ve bought it three times now, and others just don’t compare to it in my mind. It’s good & sharp, the assisted open is swift and strong, I love that it’s got a switch that keeps it from opening up in my bag, and the cherry on top is the window-break on the bottom for emergency evacuation from your vehicle. It fits well in my hand- I have very small women’s hands- and I never leave home without one if I can help it. Go for the clamshell packaging if you plan on using this as an EDC like me, it’ll never go back in the box so save yourself the five bucks, but PLEASE be careful opening the packaging- I’ve seen people in the reviews mention it, so I will too. I can see how it would be very easy to seriously cut yourself with one wrong move. Use sharp kitchen scissors and cut it out slowly around the perimeter, use common sense.

Good quality folding knife .

This knife is terrific! For the price you cannot ask for better. It comes extremely sharp, the MAGIC assist is super fast, there is a safety so it doesn't accidentally open in your pocket, and the list goes on and on. I've carried this knife for a while now and the two things that kinda bug me about it is that the pocket clip at first is extremely tight and the fact that it rides a little to high in the pocket. So when i first tried to slip it onto my pocket i nearly ripped my pants and then when i tried to get it off it would not move, i had to use two hands, but now that i have used it for some time now it is a lot easier to clip on to your pants pocket. And it kinda just sits really awkwardly when it is clipped on, it looks like you have a triangle coming out of your pocket. But i mean those are really the only two things wrong with this knife. I have opened and closed it hundreds, if not thousands of times and the MAGIC assist is still as fast a ever. No blade play at all. I am super impressed.

Stiff deployment for the first ~50 opens, otherwise very fast and smooth. Paint is starting to slightly chip away on the pocket-clip and handle already because I keep it in the same pocket as my keys and pen, sometimes bumping it into things because the clip sticks out a bit. Good design, feels durable and gets the job done well. Kind of small if you've got fat hands like mine but still fits and grips well.

This knife crosses over from pocket knife to self defense/edc tool. I have not previously owned a flip open, safety- equipped knife and will never go back. The size and weight are perfect for EDC (not too big, not too small, lightweight). Clip comes pretty tight but that can be adjusted. Thought it was ambidextrous at first but the position of the safety makes it a right pocket only IMO. "Tonto" shape of blade is also new to me but have become quite fond of its ability to open packages, cut bait, press directly down to cut, looks awesome too, but isn't ideal for fruit. The serration is personal choice and I'd probably rather have continuous blade in perfect world as it gets in the way a bit for smooth cuts. Blade is super sharp- trimmed some small diameter bamboo machete-style yesterday when working on my deck. Color is a dune beige, the black grips are sticky in hand but still firm, not cushy, a nice addition. Blade got stuck open first day when pressing really firmly to cut through some heavy duty plastic straps. Had to use a flat head screw driver to pry closing piece over to allow blade to close. I was not used to tonto shape of blade and cut improperly I think. This has not happened since. Don't usually write reviews but I searched through sooo many knives on this site looking for what I wanted (edc with glass breaker) and am very glad I did because this knife is awesome, thinking about ordering another before they are not available. 4 stars not 5 because of blade stuck issue, might revise after more use

Incredible knife. This product met all of my criteria: Tanto-style blade, spring-assisted, safety switch, window breaker. The knife is incredibly sturdy and I have not had to tighten anything as of yet (~6 months). I have used it to open packages, cut ceiling tiles, cut rope, etc. and blade is still incredibly sharp. I did not realize that this knife is also sold at Academy in black for relatively the same price as Amazon (excluding sales tax). If only S&W made a variation of this knife with a seat belt cutter..!

Although I don't typically do reviews, I was searching for a nice compact knife online and this exceeded my expectations. Just got this in today, and the quick release is impressive. It looks bada$$ and after I threw it into my pocket, I practically forgot it was there. This would be great for hikes, hunting, or anything outdoors. Great price right now! and if you have been searching for knives for hours like I was....stop punishing yourself and save yourself a lot of grief with this knife.
