Really helpful for cleaning the windows and car🚗 Would recommend the product

This is a quality prouct with a range of fittings for different tasks. As others have said the directions are very poor so assembing the product takes time and effort so I will concentrate on that. The connector to your hose is metal and does not leak. The plastic tube goes through the centre of the pole and this should be done with the pole not extended. Then grasp the end of the tube after you have threaded it through and extend the pole fully. You can then adjust the length of the pole as required. To attach the accessories I had first to remove the connector already attached to the pole. This is done by releasing the top clip on the pole. Then replace the connector with one that fits into your required accessory. The accessories clip and unclip from the connector. I have the 12ft pole and it is rigid even when fully extended. From other comments perhaps the longer ones will flex. All the parts work well and I have already recovered the cost of the brush set. I have knocked a star off for poor istructions but the product itself is 5*

Needed something that would clean our pergola roof. This made the job very easy. I agree with one of the other reviews, when cleaning horizontally the brush starts to unscrew itself. It was easy to assemble and doesn’t need a lot of room for storage. The original brush was damaged on arrival, customer service responded the same day and a replacement arrived the following day. Excellent service.

Very light weight and easily manoeuvrable, even when fully extended. Looks and feels solid does the job perfectly.

Liked the washing heads that came with pole. Pole is very sturdy but at its extended length a found it a bit difficult to handle. The "broom" head with Water tubes/pipe ...please manufacturers add some sort of clip so the tube isn't hanging away making cleaning more difficult especially when you've got two hands holding the Pole!! The squeegee isn't the best, but the "mop" head is good for giving it a good clean. The round brush thing I found was good for cleaning in patio door tracks or those hard places. All in all not bad, the Pole does extend up, but to get a decent finish you still need to use a separate squeegee in my humble opinion

Coupled with the soap this is well worth the money light weight and easy to use

DO NOT BUY!! What a waste of money, firstly the instructions are useless so means you need to look on line. Secondly the brush has such big gaps it doesn’t work, thirdly the squeegee is so bad it’s leaves horrendous streaks. The soap bottle doesn’t fit properly and leaks so a waste of time. Ito return it you pay £13 p&p and the company will not budge even though they produce a product not fit for purpose. When you try and discuss a refund they even call you by your wrong name. You have been warned if you decide to ignore this review.

Item arrived earlier than expected. It appears to be well made, sturdy and well designed. I would probably give it five stars, but I haven't actually used it yet.

When I ordered this product I was skeptical as other telescoping poles have failed for me in the past. I usually don’t write too many reviews but this is the best tool I have ever used to clean windows, eaves, drip rails and my gutters. It has exceeded my expectations and I look for many years of use. Fantastic product and well worth the cost. I would like to see a “V” shape broom attachment to clean the valleys on my roof Currently I have to climb on the roof to remove the leaves, twigs and pollen from the live oak trees here in Florida.

Shipped quickly used it first day to clean 43 solar panels still looks brand new little bit of assembly before use but was fast and easy All the pieces appear to be decent quality wish it came with storage bag for the different heads You have to disassemble the head to install squeegee some have push pins to unlock while others are threaded
