In the supplement world, I have had to kiss a lot of frogs to gain a few princes, so to speak. Active B-12 is a proverbial "prince" of supplements for me. Since starting this product about 5 weeks ago, I have had almost no "poor mood" days, meaning that I have been able to basically eliminate taking SAM-e, which I had used to treat an occasional poor mood. I do not know what my MTHFR genetic status is, (I plan to take the $99 "23andme" test soon) but I'd wager that I have one of these MTHFR genetic variants, since the Active B-12 seems to work so well for me. Since the Active B is required by the body at the beginning of the methylation cycle, I now no longer seem to need the SAMe, which is one of the end products of the methylation cycle. Active B12 is also cheaper than exorbitantly priced SAMe. The combination of this product-- together with my elimination of Aspartame and Glyphosate (Roundup) drenched Wheat products--- has almost completely restored my mental wellbeing!! (I can still have a little bit of organic King Arthur flour with no problems, but I generally stay away from glyphosate poisoned wheat-- and almost all wheat in America is sprayed with Roundup before harvest to prompt seed production and evenness of ripening.) Wow... natural solutions are truly amazing sources of healing, and they put the greedy "big pharma pushing" American Medical Establishment to shame!! I stumbled upon this product because a number of years ago, I had noticed that an LA Weight Loss B Vitamin supplement that I had taken had worked very well in brightening my mood. Unfortunately, I was never able to get the same mood brightening effect using other synthetic B supplements over the years... and I had no idea that not all B vitamins are the same, and that many people require the "methyl" form of B vitamins. (The synthetic Bs actually sometimes worsened my mood which was paradoxical)... Unbeknownst to me, I needed the Methyl B's all those years!! The methylation cycle also explains why the SAMe had worked so well for me before I found this less expensive "Active B-12 with L-5-MTHF" alternative. Thanks again for this wonderful product. Next, I will be giving your Homocysteine product a try.

I love this brand! I can really tell when I don't take it for sure! The flavor is sweet and fruity. It takes a while to dissolve but honestly I really enjoy the taste so it doesn't bother me. It does not upset my stomach at all and I feel like it clears my head. No smell. I take for MTHFR and the Methyl B12 really helps give me balance. They do break apart in the bottle sometimes in transit but I take everyday so once a month is ok

My grandson was gravely vaccine-injured at 18mos from the MMR vaccine. What I didn't know about vaccines the, I do now. I had never heard about the MTHFR genetic mutation, or that it is a very high risk factor for vaccine injuries and death (in the 90 percentiles from my studies). It took us 5 1/2 years to get the CORRECT MEDICAL diagnoses that caused my grandson's anaphylaxis, encephalitis, and, yes, Measles, from the vaccine. We have an incredible Pediatric Neurologist, MD with Phoenix Children's Hospital that prescribes THIS PRODUCT for her vaccine injured, MTHFR kids. He also needed their 5-HTP for sleep, and Curcurmin to decrease inflammation. (among several other naturopathic products that he is now taking, and recovering from the pathophysiologies that caused his Autism Spectrum Disorder) The products by Seeking Health are second to none, and I highly recommend any product they sell for quality, naturopathic, scientifically tested, safe supplements and nutrients. WE ARE SO GRATEFUL! Well packaged. Shipped and received promptly. Our now 7 yr old "picky eater" sensitive to different tastes, has no problem letting this sublingual melt do its job. I have suffered from constant fatigue, joint pain and a number of other disorders and chronic illnesses for years. I have been tested for hypothyroidism, gluten intolerance, and anything else doctors could think of, but no one could find a reason for my symptoms. I finally got an answer when a gene methylation analysis showed I was homozygous for the MTHFR C677T mutation, as well as for COMT V158M and COMT H62H mutations. Doing research, I found that suddenly my symptoms made sense, and had a cause I could pinpoint! The MTHFR C677T mutation alone means that I cannot break down folic acid into folate, nor can I break down folate effectively into 5-MTHF, the bio-available form of folate. My methylation cycle has been crippled by this genetic mutation to a large degree. Various other issues (antacid use and gastrointestinal troubles) have led to me being deficient in B12 as well. I stopped taking my folic-acid containing multivitamins, stopped eating folic acid fortified foods, and bought these B12 lozenges with L-5-MTHF. You know how when you first take a new supplement you wonder after a few days or weeks if it's really working? That was NOT the case with this sublingual supplement! I swear, the very first dose I took saw me with more energy than I have had in years. I'm fully off my multi now (and have an appointment with a specialist to figure out the exact dosages I need to take of what types of supplements to help with this genetic mutation) but I feel better on this one supplement alone than I have since I was in my early twenties. My chronic achilles tendinosis? Well, not completely gone, but I'm finally having pain-free days. My shoulder and hip joint pain has decreased. My heat intolerance has all but disappeared. I actually stood up and mingled, socially, at an outdoor work event in 96 degree heat for 5 hours without feeling faint or sick! Best yet, I'm sleeping only 8 hours a night now and I don't need to take naps in the middle of the day. I started out on one tablet and am working my way up to 2-3 tablets a day sublingually. I will take one as soon as I wake up, and in 10 minutes I feel too alert to stay in bed any longer. Then I'll take another one a couple of hours later, and finally a last one right as I start to get the "post-lunch coma" around 2pm. I've already ordered another bottle. I don't know yet what my full supplement regimen will be to best manage the expressions of these various gene mutations, but I feel like I'm already 75% of the way there with this product! I feel 15 years younger.
