Go with the OEM - Don't trust the "compatible with" garbage for sale out there...
Bought as a set of two, but one tested defective. Contacted the OUTSTANDING seller, who shipped a good replacement immediately. I've purchased several supposedly "compatible with Ryobi 18V ONE+" batteries from third-party vendors over the years, and have rarely been satisfied with the results. Decided to go back to OEM, and have had a MUCH better experience as a result.
