Likes:- easy to use- nice sound: starts on very low volumes and increases- snooze button easy to find- radio works great- BT works really well- main plug and back-up battery- lovely designDislikes:- nothing really. The sound quality was poor. This was bought mainly for the wireless charging functionality and this did not work very well. We found the it was intermittent at best and most often did not work at all. This item has been returned.

Great alarm clock just as described apart from colour. Looks silver in the pictures but when it arrived it was silver and white and actually looks a bit cheap and nasty. Has a large cross on top which makes it look a little like a first aid box. Otherwise works well and does what it say. Still considering whether to return though as it really does look cheap and plastic - wish I had ordered the darker colour.

I read all the reviews and questions before I purchased this product. It seemed like a good product with lots of features and was a decent price and not too cheap. Unfortunately I was very disappointed in this clock. It wouldn’t charge my iPhone 8+. It would respond to my phone being set on it and show it was charging but that was as far as it went, I just didn’t charge my phone, even when left overnight. I tried all sorts to get it to work, took it out of the case, made sure software was up to date, switched it on/off, made no difference. The sound quality is very poor and sounds kinda muffled, when the radio is on sound level 1 was quite loud but when you had it with Bluetooth playing music from your phone, sound level 15 wasn’t very loud? Bizarre. I thought the display would be fine as it looked good in the pictures, but it is definitely compromised as it is under gauzy material like on speakers and not clear. It’s such a shame it has these problems as it’s a nice bit of kit if it did what it says it should! I have sent it back, something I have never done with Amazon before, it just really isn’t worth the money, I’d expect far better for the price.

The biggest downside is the lack of ability to change the alarm beep volume,after sending a customer enquiry to attempt to increase the volume( to which i recived a prompt& polite reply) i was informed that it is a factory set volume that cannot be manually altered,apart from that for the money its not bad
