This supplement comes in a handy plastic pot of 90 capsules with a recommendation of taking up to 2 per day. This leaves you with a least a month and a half supply.I'm quite a fan of seafood and mussels particularly. I eat them from the supermarket regularly and occasionally purchase them in supplement form.These capsules are average size and easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I like that these New Zealand green-lipped mussels are processed in the United Kingdom to GMP standards and they are a reasonable dosage. They come with an 18-month best-before date so you don't need to consume them all at once and I would say they are a quality product.

The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. It is made out of mussels so won’t be suitable for vegetarians or vegans - unfortunately the product page states it’s suitable for vegetarian which can’t be right! You are getting 90 here and if you stick to the lower recommended serving size of one then they will last you around three months. Pretty good value for money at under a tenner! You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider at this price and a decent 500mg in each capsule.

As someone who has a bit of arthritis in my hands I'm a believer in joint supplements. I've used mussel cream before, but these are new to me. They are easy to take, have no weird taste and no after effects. Happy to carry on taking these - quality seems high.
