Furthermore I was not asked to update or change my review.Original review:It was completely off centered by about 6 inches and the snaps wouldn’t lay flat when snapped into place. When my son put it in he had too much material on one side and could stretch out on the other. I don’t know how this passed quality control.

This really exceeded my expectations.. I have a very anxious little 10 y/o and took a chance on this helping to calm her nerves. She's so comfortable in it, she wore it over her pajamas all last night. It's super stretchy and kind of slick almost like it's made of high-quality girdle material - it's not - but the fabric is nice and thick. Looks like it will last a good long time. I'm super happy with my purchase =)

Updated review:The seller customer service reached out to me and were great with helping resolve my issue! They offered to either refund me or send a new body sock. They even made sure to check that the new body sock had a centered opening. They quickly shipped the replacement and it's great! They didn't ask me to update my review and told me to keep the defective body sock. Thank you so much for helping resolve my issue so quickly!Original review:I initially purchased a different size and when it arrived, I noticed the opening was off-centered. It was too small for my child, so I returned it and got the next size up and figured it wouldn't be off-centered. But when I received the new one, it is still off-centered. It makes the body sock useless because one side is shorter than the other and doesn't offer enough space for the one arm to stretch out as the other arm. I'm unable to figure out how to contact the seller to rectify this, so I wrote this review in hopes the seller would reach out to me. If I don't receive a response within 7 days, I will be returning for a refund and purchasing a body sock from another company.
