Easy to consume, great for mixing. You do not even notice it is there. I have started to buy almost all my supplements from Nutricost as their high quality product for great prices are what nutrition should be all about. No fancy labels, marketing, or other riff raff. The basics, plain as day, in your face for you see and understand. Will purchase again once I run out (1KG of creatine is a lot!). If you aren't sure about the product or want to try a flavor, go with the smaller size container. The unflavored is great to mix with milk and you choice of whey protein in a shake.

Started taking creative a couple months ago but I started off this this random one. Since switching to this one, I see an immediate change in my quality of sleep and focus throughout the day.
