It functional and Lite on the Head and Neck.
When I took the head magnifier glasses out of the box, I thought it was a toy because it was smaller than what was shown in the ad. I gave it a try and it blew me away. It is lite on the head which makes for less strain on the neck, even with the lens inserted. You will forget you have it own. If you wear glasses, you know what I mean. I am so glad I can switch between the number of provided lenses and that they come in their own case. The lens are easy to insert and remove from its notch on the glasses as well as adjust to see where you needed them to. I am using the head magnifier to work with small jewelry parts, like crimp beads, crimp bead covers, seed beads and opening and closing jump rings. I can see what I am doing so much more clearly with this head magnifier which means less chasing smaller seed beads. The quality of these glasses are great. It will take much stretching of the arms to break them if you just want to use the arms instead of the headband that is included. I prefer the glasses arms because I can pull it off easily or just lift the lens bracket, to get my next item. These magnifying glasses are very functional, thus, useful for the other crafts I do also, like weeding vinyl when I work on small cricut crafts. Oh, if you ever need more light, just push the button on top of the glasses. Two pushes on the button will give you more light. Overall, if I could, I will give these glasses a ten. I know I will get my money worth and more from these glasses.

This is my third pair because I share them with grandchildren when we “Art it up”. What a delight!
Of the seven or so magnifying gadgets I have purchased over the years for doing miniature art collages, these magnifying glasses are the clear winners by far! Ease of use, comfort, dual adjustable lights, and five easily interchangeable lenses in a protective case—and now these adjustable magnifying, lighted glasses can also be recharged! No more fear of batteries running out in right the middle of an art project! I have three pair now for various uses, and so when grandchildren do art work with me, they have their own pair to use. These lighted, magnifying glasses easily work for my children and husband as well—they seems to fit all sizes as my husband has also used them while doing close, so they are seemingly “one-size fits all” (Though I don’t believe they are advertised as such, so be sure to check your own requirements for the viability of this feature.) They seem to fit as most eyeglasses do, but unlike glasses, they come with the addition of an adjustable magnifier, and the lighting feature—both the magnifier and the lighting option can be easily adjusted to a specific targeted area, by moving either the lens, the light, or both, up or down, in or out, to more specifically target the area of choice. An additional use includes magnification and light to read small print: as a lifelong avid reader, my close vision is not as clear as it once was, but I found using my lighted, magnifying art glasses, (even with my “readers” underneath) worked ever so much easier and was much more effective and convenient than the three other “whole page” or standard-sized “Sherlock Holmes” style magnifying glasses I had been struggling to make work for me as a reading boost. Not so with these glasses-type magnifiers so I now keep an extra pair near my books. They work perfectly. Theses magnifying art glasses are so wonderful and in so many ways, as noted, that I donated my seven other “headgear” magnifiers accumulated over the years, as I tried over and over to find the best fit for the artwork I do. Now that I have found that perfect fit—magnifier, light, and ease of use, it is such a relief and a delight all in one. After using these, the rest seem, well, they seem quite uselessly quaint.

Help for Macular Degeneration!!
Excellent product! I bought these magnifying glasses because reading, yarn work and sewing have become difficult due to Macular Degeneration. These make it very easy and selecting the right lens for your needs is a snap! They are lightweight, fit easily in my hand and not cumbersome. The padded nosepiece is a bit uncomfortable, hence my only reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 star review. I hope this helps you make a decision to buy these if you’re struggling to see, like I am. Best wishes.

Five quality lenses, rechargeable light and comfortable fit.
I've got this mainly to change condenser in the Seiko kinetic watch. The job required handling tiny screws, which was a little problematic for me to do using my trusted 1.25 magnifier. Higher magnification lenses and the light worked great for the purpose, and I continue discovering new uses for it. Not sure if lenses are glass or plastic, what matters is that they appear to be of a good optical quality. Also, the box for storing lenses comes in handy. Thanks!

Good quality at a decent price, for doing detailed art work, drawing or painting. Not heavy so can be worn for a while. Includes various lenses.

I needed to repair a pair of cheap reading glasses that I only use at home instead of my bifocals. Fortunately I didn't loose the tiny screw that held the nose piece in place. I also do models that often have small parts that are a) hard to hold b) need two hands c) hard to see. Looked for something wearable and ordered these. Worked like a charm. I tried the headband with my normal glasses but found that uncomfortable so switched back to the arms without my glasses on. I could still see the small screw and hole. the light is bright but takes a little getting used to to aim it at the part that you are working on. Just remember Focal Length changes with stronger lenses, so you may have to get closer to what you are working on.
