Great book
Written with a sense of humour- easy to read and some great tips. This book helped me so much to understand where my child is coming from and opened up dialogues we wouldn’t have otherwise had. Thank you

Thank you Sarah Templeton!!!!!
What an amazing book!! It arrived this morning and once I started reading it I couldn’t put it down. Like Sarah, it was after googling ADHD for my son that I realised I have it too. She ‘hits the nail on the head’, is straight talking with everything and speaks from her own experience as well as being a fully qualified ADHD counsellor and coach. Sarah has made me feel empowered, starting today, on where to go from here to help both me and my son.A ‘must have’ for anyone wishing to learn the truth about ADHD…. there are so many different types too!!

Game changer
I am only half way through this book so far and it's an absolute game changer! The book is so easy to read, and it is so applicable to everyday things, that it all makes sense. If you want a book that will help, and make sense of living with an ADHD child (& many traits I can attribute to myself!) and how to manage this, then I would 100% recommend this book. I hope the author makes a book for adults too one day! Incredible and life changing!!

Life changing
Do not underestimate what the right book can do for you and your family. This is the only book that gave us the tools the fight the system and confirm your instincts to enable you to speak the “language” of the specialist. It enables you to quantify your gut feelings and confirm you’re not imagining things. It allowed us to set the scene and educate the school. Our son was misdiagnosed privately three times. I was able to challenge the final diagnosis ONLY with the help of this book. We then obtained a QB test and he was confirmed as not only ADHD but extreme ADHD. We can now have the tools to support him and us as a family understand him. I am so happy that I was recommended this book and now finally, after 6 years we can make a plan for our son. I absolutely know without this book we would not have been able to. I cried my way through talking to the pages. I used it to write all my notes and bullet point evidence as case studies. Read it. Keep reading it. Use it as a constant reference. It’s the best. Without a shadow of a doubt. There are simply not enough stars to give it or thanks to the author. She’s changed our life and will make our sons life better.
