Used it as a rain guard
Mounted it on top of my backup camera. Had to use a small wedge on the front, because it was obstructing my view and used glue to hold it place. No more blurry image when it's raining.

Solves problem
Rear view camera on id4 was useless at night, but with this devise it works like a normal rear view camera. VW should send one to every id4 owner.

Works great until it rains and falls off some where 'out there'
Great device. Bad tape. I did recover it and now working with the creator to try and figure a better securing material.

Works well and easy to install.
I honestly thought this little gadget wouldn't work, but it did. VW made a mistake placing the rear-view camera where it did, and with such poor low light capability. But placing this little hood around the camera, where it blocks reflected light, allows for much improved rear vision, especially at night. I highly recommend it.
