Well made for the price and reaches where I need it. I have a 2-story condo with the first floor vaulted to the 2nd story, and this extends to the ceiling corners. Also have 2 2nd-story windows with plantation shutters, and that long tail bendable duster works great for cleaning the shutter panels.

The great room in my home has a vaulted ceiling. I'm not young and am afraid to get up on any ladder except my 3 ft one I keep in the house. That couldn't do the trick. Just got this product today. The cobwebs didn't stand a chance. They were gone within 10 minutes of delivery. I can reach the cold air intakes and little effort is required. The pole is substantial. I may have to go to my daughter's to demonstrate this!

I needed a long pole to reach 16 foot ceilings. This surpassed my expectations. The pole is extremely sturdy with no flex and the extension locks are first rate. The attachments could be of higher quality but the length of the pole is what delivered.

This kit is just what I needed to clean an elevated outside dryer vent outlet. It was easy to assemble the brush, and the telescoping arm is light enough to use from a ladder. It saves me a lot of work and having to get on my roof. I haven't used the other attachments yet, but I was impressed with how easy it was to use for my purpose.

Truthfully I didn't have high hopes. I expected the the pole that reaches 18 feet to be wobbly. The visible cobwebs on my ceilin g were starting to get on my nerves aso after reviewing a few options I decided to give this a try. I must admit that the quality and sturdiness is well above my expectations. I have used it only once so far but I was able to do what I wanted with ease. I am quite happy and do consider that its worth 5 stars given the price. However the purpose is not get your hopes too high. A lightweight 16 foot telescoping pole can only be this much sturdy and never like a solid one peice 16 feet long pole. I was easily able to reach the 18 feet high ceiling. I am 5' 11" tall.
