Just.started using only.They haven't supplied Warranty card or operation manual.It is shorter than old ac .In my son's room t hey are using the same ac model.They are satisfied with its performanceI started using itIt is very powerful.I am happy with the purchase

Cools very wellVery silentRemote is handy and has a backlightI wish the display was on by defaultThe display brightness is too much for dark bedroomsCopper everywhere you can seeHuge outdoor unitStabiliser inside and a neo swing compressorThe most energy efficient 2 ton ac you can buy today.Only Ogeneral , Mitsubishi heavy industries have better products but they are significantly more expensive.

Astonishingly horrid
For a Daikin user having already purchased three Daikin ACs, this time my experience was horrifying.The box in which Amazon delivered the product was sent in a Monginis truck!!!! The thermocol packing and the box were stuck to the bottom of the outdoor unit and after operating the indoor unit for over an hour, it’s just not cooling.The technician said to switch off the AC and switch it on again but no effectHave called the technician tomorrow again. Will update this review.Right now my ceiling fan is cooling the room better than the AC. 😔Holy c**p. That didn’t take long. About a couple of hours of running a 64k fan got an error code on the same day of installation “UO”Called the technician and he said it wouldn’t coolGoogled the error code and it says that there is a lack of refrigerant. Really???So what leaked out in the pics above????

Best ac in less price. I got this ac in Rs 59,000 with installation.It has less noise and high Efffenciency.

Absolute no to this product next time
Product was defective, and to top it third party installation was very troublesome.I heard from sources Amazon gives this job to third party and that's why customers suffer from Dilli dalli.
