This works as described and holds my wide flat iron and medium curling iron. It's great to be able to pack them immediately after use.

I really like this! I use it as a mat to protect the countertop when my straightening iron is heating up/cooling off. It's large enough to lay my straightening iron on it while the iron is in the open position. I haven't put a hot iron in the pouch when traveling, but I do appreciate the protection to both the iron and surrounding items in my bag when I'm on the go.

This is a great product for a hot curling iron as you leave for work. No worries, nothing gets burnt.

I purchased this to cover my curling iron so that my cats can't accidently get burned when they get on the counter. They're quicker in getting on things than I am in getting them off, so this an easy way to help prevent an animal or child from getting burned. It seems to be well constructed. I am able to pick up the cover by the part that holds the curling iron when it is on and not get burned. There were lots of colors to choose from.

Use these for storing my various size curling irons -- great for traveling as well.
