Rule 1 Whey Protein – 24g Fast-Acting Protein from All-Whey Sources with Naturally Occurring EAAs & BCAAs for Workout Recovery or Anytime Use (5 Pounds*, Chocolate Peanut Butter)

I’ve been using Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard for over a year and was pretty happy with it, but I decided to try Rule One Whey after a friend recommended it. I’m really glad I did. The chocolate flavor is noticeably better. It’s richer, smoother, and the shake has a thicker texture that makes it feel more like a milk shake than just a protein supplement. I usually just mix it with water and ice to beat the Texas heat, and it still comes out creamy, which wasn’t always the case with ON. It is slightly sweeter than ON and has about 10 more calories per serving, but the protein content is the same. The scoop size is a bit bigger (keep that in mind if you’re tracking macros) but I think the taste and mouthfeel more than make up for that. Overall, this will probably become my new go-to protein as it is cheaper than ON with more or less the same results. If you’re looking for something that mixes well, tastes great, and gives you that thicker shake feel, I’d definitely recommend giving Rule One a try.

This is pretty good in terms of taste and texture. It makes a great shake, but I needed to add more almond milk becuase it's pretty sweet. I don't eat very much in the way of sugar in any form, so it may taste overly sweet for that reason.

this. is. hands. down. THEE BEST PROTEIN FLAVOR I HAVE EVER HAD. It legit tastes like pistachio ice cream/gelato and takes me right back to Europe where I can only get the best pistachio flavored desserts. I cannot believe I'm just discovering this brand and this flavor now, but it is now the only flavor I will buy!!! So grateful for Rule 1 and the quality protein they create. The taste and consistency is out of this world. 15/10 recommend!!!

My favorite vanilla protein mix. Tastes great and mixes perfect.

The taste is second to none, definitely my favorite flavor of protein powder and this is by far the best cinnamon cereal one I’ve had yet!

I really like this brand - mixes well and isn’t chalky. The birthday cake flavor was way too sweet for me.

Yeah, it's excellent

Don't like the taste. Also leaves a weird aftertaste. Atleast mixes reasonably well after a few shakes. Would not recommend at all.
