I love this product ! It does exactly what it’s supposed to right out of the box. After only a few days you really start to notice the boost in energy on a day to day basis from the time I wake up to the time I go to bed. On top of that I noticed my improved metabolism and mental clarity. I used to get terrible morning fog but no longer ! Will be definitely buying another bottle as soon as I get low. Would 10/10 recommend

There is no "sperm" in spermidine, and there is no Endosperm in it either. Spermidine is NOT derived from any "ejaculates." It is the from the "Germ" part of a wheat grain. Whole-grain wheat is Bran, Endosperm, and Germ. (NOTE: non-whole-grain and bleached wheat flour is just Endosperm. Definition of Endosperm = "the part of a seed which acts as a food store for the developing plant embryo, usually containing starch with protein and other nutrients." THIS IS NOT ENDOSPERM!) Spermidine, despite having its name say "sperm," is from the wheat GERM (and NOT the endosperm). The non-FDA-approved opinions of Spermidine are that it might "improve insulin resistance and improve metabolic endotoxemia"... and that it may be used to fight type-2 diabetes. My mother's doctor recommended it during our start of a Keto diet. She has been losing weight steadily, but there are A LOT of other factors too.
