Do not buy this if you are not ready to have the best Himalayan shilajit in the world in your hands! I have tried multiple brands but this one is the most aromatically pleasant and potent one I have tried. I noticed in their lab results in the last picture that it has 85.6% Fulvic Acid, I was like nooo way! The highest Fulvic Acid percentage I've seen in one tope brand is 44% but I saw this is super potent so I thought it would smell even more smoky compared to the ones I have tried before. I'm literally in aw! it doesn't smell smoky at all, instead it's got a really fresh and calming aroma. Once it's dissolved in water, it makes the water golden color which makes sense because fulvic acid is golden in color and has so many health benefits like healing leaky gut and increasing energy levels and regulation of hormones. I couldn't have been more grateful! Shilajit is rare and hard to climb the mountains to harvest. That is why there are many fake products out there claiming to sell Himalayan shilajit when in fact they are selling fake stuff. Shilajit is supposed to be bitter not sweet. I would not buy any brand that doesn't have transparency showing their lab results. This is genuine Himalayan shilajit and the fact that it is sun-dried makes it super potent and its aroma is truly invigorating!

I initially purchased this shilajit resin to help improve my energy levels, but the biggest benefit I’ve noticed is the increase in mental clarity. My focus has improved, and I feel more present throughout the day. I use just a small amount in the morning with warm water, and it keeps me going without the jittery feeling I get from caffeine. It’s a natural product, so the earthy taste doesn’t bother me. The quality is amazing, and I can tell this is a high-altitude, authentic shilajit. Worth every penny!

This product is so over priced and it didn't make any difference on my weight loss. Plus it comes on small tiny size.

I've been taking Shilajit resin since Christmas morning; so it might be premature to conclude anything. At first, I felt that my sleep improved and that I would feel... somewhat... more rested and energized in the morning; but that's pretty much it for its perceived effects, and even that has varied. At first, I took it first thing in the morning with just warm water; but if I had breakfast too soon after, it would result in diarrhea. During work days, I can't afford to wait an hour after the dose to have breakfast, so I switched to taking it at night with a mild tea about an hour before bedtime. It tasted very strongly at first; but I got used to it quickly and now I hardly feel it's taste. I only take it once daily; but since it's so thick, I'm surely taking more than the recommended "rice grain sized" dose. It has lasted more than I expected. I've been sharing it with my wife (she hasn't feltanything so far), yet I still haven't finished my first jar. For those who had trouble opening it for the first time, same thing happened with me. It felt impossible to open without shattering the jar, until I read a recommendation on the internet to partially submerge the jar in hot water for 10 minutes; and that's how I could open it for the first time. The inner seal must've broken during shipping and if some of the resin seeps into the thread, you won't be able to open the jar. My first doses of resin came from dropping the cap in warm water until it was completely cleared of resin. Then I could close and reopen the jar without any trouble. All in all, I'll continue taking the product and even buy a second jar. Results have not been mind blowing (ads on social media can be ridiculously deceiving) but the mild and barely perceived overall improvement I have felt has justified that I continue using this resin a bit longer, hoping to feel more long term improvements with continued use.

This is my fourth purchase from this brand, and the quality has been consistently outstanding. I've been using shilajit resin for a couple of years now and have tried several brands, but this one stands out. I believe the sun-dried process and the high elevation from where it's extracted make a huge difference in its potency. Many cheaper alternatives lack that rich, earthy smell, and the potency just isn't the same. As for the resin drying out, it's actually a good sign that it's authentic. When it happens, I just add a few drops of water to the jar and after a day its softens like the first day. Far better than the watery fake stuff I've tried before that smell like sewage.

**User Update: After taking it for two months, I absolutely love this Authentic Himalayan Shilajit, it is the most powerful supplement I have taken in the past few years. As a 69 year old man, I mainly take it for the anti aging, heart empowering, detoxing benefits. I have been noticing it not only does all of that but also helps with my energy levels when I take a pea size twice a day and not less. I look forward to taking it every morning when I get up. I tried another brand and the burnt tire like smell turned me off; this one smells super fresh, earthy and pleasant. Taking this shilajit is a fun part my morning ritual. ------ I am just getting started, but my body (and mind) are telling me this is very healing and energizing. I keep my authentic Shilajit jar on my countertop where I visually relate to it :) I will post an updated review in the future.

my reason for the review is that the surgical scoop was included and that’s very important with this product. Other than that it’s very much like tar and stinks like gasoline, but I’m still trying. This may or may not come with a surgical scoop. And there’s nothing you can do about it if it does not arrive without one
