Easy to use/Great tech support
To start off want to say the tech support started even before I received this CGSULIT SC350 scanner. I received an email a day before it arrived letting me know it was on the way and if anything with setup/use is needed when it arrives to contact them. They advised me other optional manufacturer code scans can be downloaded and used on this tool. When it arrived, it was packaged well in its own case with all the required cables and manuals. I attached to my computer to confirm it was up to date which was very simple and easy to do. I hooked it up to my vehicle (2013 Honda CR-V) and it instantly turned on and went to main menu. I performed the easy vin scan, confirmed the info was correct, and then began messing with all the buttons and scan options. It was so easy to navigate through the options and moved straight into a quick scan. It worked flawlessly and went through 49 different scans. The unit keeps you updated on which vehicle part it was scanning and provided an outcome to each individual scan. I looked at all the other different things it can do from the menu and all of them were there as advertised. I can't wait to get into the things it can do and utilize this tool. I recommend this scan tool.

Best functionality of any scanner
I rarely write reviews, but hope this helps others by clarifying some items I have read in other reviews. My unit is specific to Honda and I used it for a 2005 Honda Pilot. Here's what you need to do to enable the most functionality. Do this before messing with anything else:- Connect your unit to a laptop with the included USB cable.- Download the update assistant from the manufacturer's website.- Put the unit in Update mode and execute the update assistant on your laptop. For my 05 Pilot, there was limited functionality before the update and a wealth of options after. My main takeaways:- It's definitely worth the money and they have several deals to add other car maker software to the same unit (I will do this for our Toyota)- This is the only scanner I found that reliably recodes and synchronizes the two main keys I have as well the valet key. My immobilizer system was messed up and this fixed it. Without it, I would've had to tow the Pilot to a dealership.- The support team has been very responsive, which is not the norm with other devices I bought elsewhere.- I was surprised how much functionality this provides even for a 18 year old car like mine. I'll use the ABS bleeding option next.- The only thing I needed to watch out for is a good physical connection to the car's diagnostic port. It seems like the adapter doesn't slip in as far as others, but that is a minor item.So overall the unit already paid for itself with the first use and I'll use it for many other things.

If you to troubleshoot TPMS then you should stay away from this product
Having issue with new TPMS sensors so I've been trying everything and somehow become expert on this department. Thinking this OBD only for one brand should works better than other but boy I was wrong.1st impression, It ask me which side I drive got me all exciting (Global product! BTW, the function keys are completely different than all other vendors)Since I'm having TMPS issue so let's stick to that, it didn't see any fault just like all other OBD, It is Tire Pressure alert so I figure maybe I can relearn it with this OBD again and see what it comes up.Well, this OBD learning procedure is completely different than other vendors - one of kind. Instead of Left-Front, Right Front, It's doing Left-Front, Left-Rear in that order but I was like whatever it works right. Then it gets worst, It learned the Left-Front and Left-Rear then it ask again for Left-Rear. I was like OK, whatever makes it happy, just go with the flow but it end up failed registering the IDs. Repeat it again and just go to the Right-Front instead of the Left-Rear again and it end up failed again. So I called it a day.Next day, drive the minivan then the TMPS fault comes up which means the ID was not registered because it was showing Low Tire Pressure alert before that I wanted to clear. fair enough, there is no fault code again with this OBD, Run my other OBD and it indicate TPMS fault and all ID shows 0000. Reregistered all ID with my working OBD and return this Honda ONLY OBD can't even do the same learning routing as everyone else. One thing I do want to point that it does comes with key register function which I didn't see on any other OBDs but then again, I want the Low Tire Pressure alert to go away so key function doesn't do me any good in this case. BTW, the "Customer service or sales" was very aggressive on trying to sell me option for other vehicles before it arrives as well trying to use me a as their field tester so they can fix their bugs. You've been warned.NO seller should be leveraging or used Amazon to contact their customer directly for additional sales.

I can actually add a key to my car with the unit
I have had a few bi-directional scan tool for honda/ acura such as the fly100, HDS, and ancel X6. This unit is very easy to navigate and to do update on. The fly100 was out of date and didnt support care older than 2012 and you have to use windows XP for it. The hds doesn't support immbolizer and key function on my tsx, but was able to program vinn. Ancel x6 couldn't do the immbolizer and vinn. This unit was able to add keys onto my TSX. Super easy just put the original key in. turn it on, of, swap key, turn it on off. and bam! new key was born. makes swapping between my flashpro ecu and stock ecu for smog super fast. A++++ 5/5
