Q: Will this refill Sodastream cyclinders? Are instructions included?

I use it to fill my soda stream bottles for my beer kegs, the only thing that I found was that because co2 cylinders can be slightly different,the sealing washers in the adaptor kit never quite allowed the centre screw to depress fully ,so if you buy this it will work if you play around with the thickness of the washers,
