Myself and 2 friends each used one of these bags to carry on the airplane our horseback riding gear. Short boots, half chaps, helmet, gloves. I actually packed a bunch of other stuff in my bag too. It made a great carry on fits in overhead bins. We all went to Ireland to ride. The other riders were envious of our bag as they juggled all their equipment. Lightweight and sturdy.

Works well; good value. FITS A HELMET with adult ski boots, but it's not too large. I am an average size male; here's what I can fit in mine: Ski boots, helmet, 2 pair gloves, ski pants, goggles, beanie, snacks. I did not want a massive back-pack style bag, and this is just big enough. The material is not as thick as my smaller K2 bag, which means it's not quite free-standing (which would be nice), but it's thick enough that I have no concerns about the durability. The zippers however are a bit on the small side given the ruggedness it should be expected to have and the fact that grasping the zipper with gloves on is a challenge, but these are relatively minor complaints. Overall it works well, it's not too big, still fits all the necessary stuff, and is a very good value.

Two uses and the bag is already ripping. My daughter is 7 so the bag cannot be too heavy for her to carry, so it did not rip because it was too heavy. It ripped because it is cheap. I should of known better than to get this bag because it was so cheap. It also has no waterproof anything in the inside of the bag. It's a bag for snow gear with nothing to protect it from water, makes no sense.

Both helmet and boot compartment is large and roomy. Padded throughout. The bottomed has four floor pad. The best part is the opening flap can be used as a foot rest to change shoes. Also very easy to clean and wipe down. Has handle and shoulder strap. Nice color selection.
