I began using this a few years back and I have found it works well and doesn't burr. Make sure the clean well as this lube sticks around and will attach to dust, unburnt powder, etc.

I got a small sample of this in a cleaning kit. I tried it and liked it way better. I bought more so that I could use it easier. I have noticed my slide and function is super smooth with this and is really nice. I will say a small amount goes a long way!! I was using the typical HOPPS liquid with a couple drops which I still use on certain areas but this is a really nice lube. I would highly recommend.

I have gone thru several kinds of Gun Grease and just couldn't find one that suited my needs. Some are to soft and runny...so it does Not stay put very long. But I was happy I gave Pro-Gold a try. This grease has the pefect consistancy...not to runny and Not to hard. And it stays put until I am ready to wipe it off. And I do not just use it on my Guns either...it will work anywhere that you need some Grease. Yes it's a pretty small jar...but used correctly, this should last you a pretty long time. I def give this a thumbs up and Reco as well.

Great gun grease

Use it for 1911 sear/extractor & trigger bar. It attracts dirt so ensure to deep clean once a year for avid shooters.

Great grease for packing high speed / high temp bearings. Product lists fishing reel bearings, but it works great for radial and axial bearings in acrobatic remote controlled helicopters.

Lubes firearms and so much more. Great on anything in need of a thicker bodied lubricant, it stays where it's put. I lubed a decades old Oster Kitchen Center with it, the original gear lube was pretty dried out.

This is an excellent lube for slides, trunions and bolts on any firearm. it stays slick no matter how cold it is (Ive used it in -26 degree weather), doesn't gum up with fouling and reduces wear. Its also and great choke tube lube, just use it sparingly. All in all an awesome product.
