I was always hesitant on spending that much on an extension pole. Definitely worth the money 5/27/25

Great build quality and very handy tool. I bought this originally to put christmas lights up in a tree (attachment sold separately) and my experience was quite satisfying. I would recommend this tool for any tall ceiling, 2+ story building, or tall trees that need some holiday lights.

I recently got a smart bird feeder with the motion activated camera. I needed to mount it so that it would be sturdy, high enough from the ground to keep the squirells away yet still be able to refill it easily. Fixed height bird feeder poles required a ladder to refill, (wouldn't work for me). Not being able to find something that fit all of my requirements, I decided to build my own. At the core, I needed a strong adjustable height pole. I came across this and despite having read some reviews about it not being strong enough, it seemed worth a try. I paired this with a flag pole mount and hardware to put the whole set-up onto a large patio block/step.I didn't want to leave the foam grips on and was pleasantly surprised to find that the grips were on by pressure and there was no adhesive to worry about. I removed them. The base handle, (widest part), fit into the flag pole mount with some play. I wrapped the base with some rubber sheet to "thicken" it to a snug fit. Unfortunately, the standard screw tip was too narrow to accomdoate my bird feeder mount. I drilled out the rivets and removed the tip. Similar to the base, I had to widen the tip just a little with Gorilla duct tape. This made the tip the exact size for my feeder.Once all the parts were assembled, I found that I had a very heavy duty, yet portable and fully height adjustable bird feeder pole. I leave it at about 9 feet when in use and drop it to the lowest 5 feet when I want to refill it. This has worked perfectly for me. I recommend this strudy, adjustable pole.

I was pleasantly surprised at the length of this pole when fully extended. It is also still very sturdy. Great for cleaning high windows or removing cob webs from a high ceiling.

I've been looking for a way to clean the ceiling windows on our sunroom. Most of the extendable poles either had poor reviews for sturdiness, or were prohibitively expensive. I gave this one a try because it seemed to occupy the space in between. It got positive reviews for its durability and sturdiness, and was reasonably priced. The metal attachment threads on the end sealed the deal for me. I paired this with a squeegee/mop attachment from another vendor.I have to say, its MUCH sturdier than I had expected. I didn't quite need to fully extend it to get to the 2nd story windows, but I was able to get enough force on the attachment to both scrub and squeegee the windows without being concerned about damaging it at all. At half-extension, there is maybe only an inch of flex in the pole. Extending/retracting is a breeze with the cam locks on each segment. There are two extensions; my suggestion when finding the amount of reach you need is to split the distance between each extension for maximum stability.I'm not sure what else I'd need an extension pole for, but if I come up with something; I know I've got a strong foundation for any other accessories I might need.

I wasn't expecting this to be so big how ever i am very happy with it i needed something this long for years. I have several different kinds all bought on Amazon that say they are so long and blah blah. I have yet to have one that is this big i clean houses apartments and businesses and other cleaning services. So being able to dust 10ft plus ceilings is very important.And to say i bought the cobweb head before i got the pole thinking it would be compatible with my other poles nope so bought the pole and i cant believe i didnt just buy the whole thing in the first place but very glad i have it now.
