In addition, I know several clinical nutitionalist's who recommend Allergy Research Group to their patient's. After adding two capsules of this supplement to my daily regimen, my energy levels, as well as a noticable boost in my cognition have improved immeasurably.

My husband and I have been taking these for over a decade; first from a nutritionist and now through amazon. What we love about them is they stifle fatigue without causing your heart to race. It doesn't feel like you just drank caffeine. We don't take them every day, just every few days to make sure we have adequate B vitamins in our bodies. I take one at lunch if I know I am going to have a very long day. They help us if we had alcohol the night before too.

When this product claimed to be hypoallergenic I figured that it was gluten and dairy free until I got it and realized that's not the claim on the bottle. It was a waste of $25 and obviously not a company that understands what hypoallergenic means. Ironically, whoever packed it must've been wearing strong perfume and the whole bottle and package smelled like perfume. Look elsewhere if you're trying to avoid allergens As there are no refunds on this item.

Very happy with these vitamins. I need a lot of Vitamin B as I'm recovering from Adrenal Exhaustion but usually react to large doses of anything. Not having any problem with these. Also received them quickly from vendor. Will stay on them.

Good balance of B vitamins.

These vitamins are disgusting. They are foul in odor and make me sick every time I take one. This is from a person who takes 30+ supplements each morning and another 12+ at night. My wife tried one and had the same experience. I would avoid these at all costs.
