This thing is sturdy, it's weighty, but not heavy. It's built well. It has foam blocks inside to be able to remove exactly what you need to be able to hold your clippers, scissors, etc, and they stay in place when you're carrying it. Perfect for what we needed

Although this is promoted as a barber tools case, it is actually a case for anything that will fit into it. I have a set of virus prompted barber tools that actually cost ,e less than the price of this case. When I saw that this is actually A generic cushioned case and canne adapted to anything I de idea to use it doe my expensive camera ser.

I'm not a barber! I will use the case for other items. I'm glad I got that off my chest.The USA GEAR Barber Case - Barber Clipper Case has a semi hard case. It should provide sufficient protection, but slightly less than a true hard shell case. The foam is easy to remove for a custom sized hole to fit your equipment. The 1.5 inch Egg-Crate Foam Top will provide sufficient padding on the top.Unfortunately, the foam on the bottom is way too thin at less than 0.5 inch. After removing the pluck-able foam, there is very little foam left on the bottom to protect your items. Since the whole purpose of this case and the foam is to protect your gear, this way too thin bottom loses 1 star.
