Just got it yesterday and used it last night. I’m a large man. 300+ lbs. this is heavy duty enough for me. And the way you feel after using. It’s like the worlds troubles were just released from my hips.

Wish I had seen the “not refundable” messages before buying this. Waste of money. I was already suspicious about the usefulness of this item, and my disappointment was confirmed. It’s difficult to use. Too bulky. The instructions are confusing and not nearly detailed enough to provide any help. How is a 30-second video considered “detailed” instructions. The images go by so quickly to really see what’s being done, and the tool itself is blocked by the person in the video, so you can’t see how it’s actually positioned.

Too large for my body. Apparently the colors are actually sizes. The listing should be updated. Check their website for more details. Seamless return though!

This thing is a gift from the inventor to everyone that buys it. My knee 30+ year pain went away after a week using this. AMAZING!!!

I like the sturdy design, non slip shape and the idea of it but its too big. I couldn't relax into it so my muscles were tense just trying to keep myself from getting a hernia on it and I ended up with a real nasty painful lump anyway. If it were half the size it'd work. Im 5'11" and 150 lbs, not so small either.

Doesn't work for me and unfortunately can't return it.

I've been looking at similar products for quite some time as most of my lower back issues stem from tight hip flexors. I received the Hip-Fin yesterday and used it before bed... I was amazed at the immediate relief of most of my pain in my hips and was able to relax much more readily as I lay down. Very pleased with this purchase!
