I bought the same kind as my gym uses for stretch classes, so I didn't have to use straps after other people sweat on them. Gross. I'm not sure how often my gym cleans its straps, but I think we can guess little to no. And people use the straps on their feet. NO thanks! These are great quality and cheap enough to buy and throw in my gym bag. I also keep 1 at work and at home to do impromptu stretches. I tell everyone at the gym these are great and encourage them to purchase their own.

This strap works great for stretching out my legs. The holes are the perfect size for my foot, even when wearing a shoe. It has helped increase my flexibility in a short amount of time. It allows me to push myself further.

You need a stretching strap if you are working on your hamstrings. One with multiple grip points like this is very helpful. You don’t need to spend any more than this one costs. They don’t get any better

This is a great strap. What I like about it over a regular yoga strap is it has lots of loops for easy spots to hold. The fabric is quality. The length is great. No complaints.

The strap is well made and plenty long. Being a tall person so many of these come up short. The loops are big enough to get my flipper sized feet in and the straps are long enough I can be in the proper position for a good stretch. The loops also allow my wife to use it comfortably.

Good strap. I chose it as it is the same brand of strap that I use at physical therapy. The low price is another plus for this strap. It functions well and is good quality material.
