I have used this product for two weeks now. The first two days I woke up with a terrible headache and shoulder pain. That hasn't happened before. I did however get a restful sleep. I went on a two day camping trip away from the pillowcase and came back and used it to have the same thing happen. Headaches and shoulder pain in the morning but a fairly restful sleep. I will continue to use the pillowcase for a month to give a valid judgement on how effective it is.

Works well.

We have been sleeping grounded for about 4 years now. When traveling, finding space in suitcases for everything needed for a long trip can be a challenge. The grounding pillowcase has solved that problem as well as giving grounding pillowcases as gifts and not needing to be concerned about whether the recipient has a twin or queen or king bed. We tested with our meter and the case registered even lower numbers than our current favorite sheet does.

Worked well, reduced body voltage from 3-4v to about 0.7-0.8v. Not as effective as the grounding Universal Mat Kit, I'm guessing because it only uses silver strands. Haven't washed it yet, hope it stays effective after wash.

Might be the easiest of the grounding supplies to use. Seems to help.

I don't like the feel of the metalic fibers in the fabric against my head when I sleep. I put it directly on my bedsheet where it touches my bare arms and shoulders when I sleep. Used it for a week, I don't feel any different. Secondly, A DEFECT FOUND; There was NO CONDUCTIVITY between the two points of the wire plug after being tested with an Ohm meter, THUS, THERE IS NO GROUNDING CONNECTION INTO THE WALL... RETURNED FOR REFUND.
